Corporate Network Maintenance

Networking multiple computers can be tricky. We can help you with your network topology, router configuration, setting up VPN (Virtual Private Networks), monitoring your network for safety, efficiency, collision avoidance, implementing switches and virtual networks, and so on.

From small business Networks with only a few computers, to large corporate server based systems. We have the technical expertise and experience to get the job done right the first time.

Maintenance contracts are available to have your corporate network maintained automatically through our remote maintenance expertise. We will monitor your network remotely and perform regular maintenance tasks to keep your systems running. If we notice irregularities (security or performance wise), or impending equipment failure, we will notify you with recommendations

Available Maintenance packages include:

Single Location – Small Business
	Ideal for businesses with a single location and containing one server and up to five workstations

	►	Install all required updates and service patches to:
		● Operating systems
		● Microsoft (Exchange, SQL Server, etc.) modules that reside on server
	►	Regular file maintenance and defragging of hard drives on server and workstations
	►	Active Directory Maintenance
	►	Monitor and correct updates of Server based Office wide Anti-Virus solutions.
	►	Oversee weekly back-up of data
	►	Up to four (2) hours of remote service each month
	►	On-Site Service calls discounted by 10%

		Cost per month $ 500.00

Two Locations – Enterprise Business
	Ideal for businesses with two locations, each office containing one server and up to five workstations

	►	Install all required updates and service patches to:
		● Operating systems
		● Microsoft (Exchange, SQL Server, etc.) modules that reside on server
	►	Regular file maintenance and defragging of hard drives on server and workstations
	►	Active Directory Maintenance
	►	Monitor and correct updates of Server based Office wide Anti-Virus solutions
	►	Oversee weekly back-up of data
	►	Up to four (4) hours of remote service each month
	►	On-Site Service calls discounted by 10%.
	►	Monitor VPN and Distributed File System (DFS) performance.


		Cost per month $ 800.00

Add-On's for Larger Networks

For businesses with more workstations, locations or greater complexity within the server network, please use the chart below to tailor a solution for your specific needs. All rates are monthly cost.

►	Each Additional Server at same location.	$ 120.00
►	Additional Branch Location (incl. 1st server)	$250.00
►	Each Additional Workstation	$ 40.00

Prerequisites:
We will not accept monthly maintenance contracts until the servers, network, workstations, and all peripherals have been configured and installed in accordance to our quality specifications. Proper configuration and installation are essential to operate a trouble free computing system. We reserve the right to refuse offering a maintenance contract until the systems analysis shows that all corrections have been performed by us, or a qualified systems engineer. All servers and workstations must use current technology from Microsoft (Windows 2003 based servers, Microsoft Windows XP based workstations).

Covered work:
The maintenance contract includes only the services listed above. Other work, such as installation of software, reconfiguration of software or hardware after initial setup, changes to working environment or Active Directory Topology and layout, IT consulting services, etc. , are charged at the reduced rates provided by an active maintenance contract. Stations and server not included in the maintenance contract are also maintained, however, at the reduced hourly rates provided by an active maintenance contract.
